Flipsider's "Tricks" section is hands down the best resource available for people of all levels interested in footbag to not only improve their game but to motivate them as well.

The only exception is getting private lessons from big time pros, but that's unlikely to ever happen. Best of all, the "Tricks" section is free along with other resources. Flipsider definitely deserves an award to recognize all the hard work that its putting out as well as its overall philanthropic...
