For best results, right-click the Download link and choose 'Save Target As'. Then when downloaded, open the video locally (on your computer).
Encoding: we publish most of our videos in QuickTime 7 format. To watch these videos you will need QuickTime 7 installed on your computer -> Download QuickTime. Please do not ask us to make other formats, like Windows Media. We have our reasons and know what we're doing.
Where's the Slow-mo?! We don't make our trick videos in slow-motion because QuickTime offers "frame control" which means you have total control of playback, and can step through a video as slow or fast, even backwards, as you want. Try that with Windows Media. This is important because it allows users to better understand these often complex, confusing moves, and enables us to provide smaller files for shorter download times and reduced bandwidth consumption.
"Unknown" problem: it appears there is a conflict with our Gallery and mp4 format videos. I managed to get the mp4 MIME type recognized for downloads, but it still displays "Download Unknown". The files will play fine though in QuickTime, VLC or RealPlayer once downloaded.
