The Shop is really just a tricked-out classifieds section that's free for the community. This means registered users may sell their new & used footbag products, or buy from other members. Think of it as ebay for footbag.
Ad Submission Guidelines.
- Intro should be one or two sentences about the product. Keep it short and to the point. NO ALL CAPS OR BOLD OR YOUR POST WILL BE DELETED!!!
- Full Description must be complete and accurate, including product details and specs. Intro and Full Description are displayed concurrently on the product page, so do not repeat info.
- Price can be any currency, just please specify which one, using the proper currency code, e.g. USD, CAD, EUR, etc. "Negotiable" is also acceptable.
- Purchase Info is for Shipping and Payment options. I've enabled HTML in this field, so you may use PayPal BuyNow button code (don't use Cart code!). To use BuyNow code, you will need to register at PayPal, click on the Merchant Tools link, then look for the Buy Now button generator. You will need different code for each product you sell, but if you learn the code, you can just edit it by hand for each product thereafter.
- If not using PayPal code, specify payment details (send check/m.o. to...), and include shipping info.
- Ads are valid for 60 days, but may be renewed up to 11 times. That means you can keep your ad for up to two years! When the ad reaches its expiration, an email will be sent to you with instructions for how to renew it.
- If your item is a one-time sale OR you sell out of your product, please delete your Ad when finished.
Seller Policy
Sellers must abide by the following rules. - Products must be footbag-related! New and used items are ok.
- Descriptions must be complete and accurate! Provide as much detail as possible, including anything that's wrong with it. Specify your return policy for the product(s) or if a final sale.
- Provide timely, friendly support and service to interested parties, especially those who make purchases.
- Do not sell copyright, trademark or patent-infringing products.
- Although we do not require a percentage of revenue, please consider making a donation if Flipsider facilitated the sale of your product. A mere 2-10% would be much appreciated.
Buyer Policy
We hope you will have a smooth experience with all sellers with whom you do business. Keep in mind Flipsider.com is merely a third-party providing this free service to both buyers and sellers, and are held free from any and all liability to claims against any and all sellers. It is the responsibility of the seller to provide support and service to interested parties, and we cannot be expected to mediate disputes. Fraudulent Use
This is something we take very seriously, and we expect all sellers to act professionally and honestly. However, if there is any fraudulent behavior we want to know about it, and ask that you notify us immediately. This is not to overlook the potential for fraudulent buyers, so let it be clear that we expect buyers to also play by the rules, and make your transactions complete and honest. Any and all fraudulent users will be banned without exception.
