Jorden Moir has released an instructional footbag video called "Gravity Man", and it looks really well done! The DVD features step-by-step explanations, lots of slow motion, and emphasizes proper form and technique. The game has come a long way since Tricks of the Trade, and Jorden is a master of style and smart playing, so this should be a really beneficial guide for beginning and intermediate players.
