Presenting the man of steel, Ales Zelinka. Part shred, part interview, Ales shows us his amazing style and precise form, then tells us about the sport he loves. Filmed from 2003-2004 before Ales becamse a bodybuilder, so he's a lean, mean, shredding machine. Ales is of course much better now, but this video is very worthy.

Awesome stuff - props. Skinny Ales is definitely one of my favourite players to watch. We should start a petition to have Ales lose 20kgs ;-)

Having been fortunate enough to have played with Ales (one of five Northern Hemisphere players I've played with) I have found his philosophy on form to be very inspiring and he's definitely been one of the big influences on my game.

I think the way the video cuts from shred to interview worked really well and as usual it is a great visual video - I always like the shots in your vids Eli

I guess I'm not the biggest fan of the choice of music but I think it still worked well.

Haha, yeah, a Vasek video is on my to-do list, but I have a ton of other projects that take precedent, so it's going to be a while. It won't be limited to 2003; it will be a compilation of a few years' worth of footage; may be really long actually, and I have some interviews to tie into it. But like I said, don't expect it any time soon.

Appreciate what you have. I'll do more when I can. :bigups:

I feel incredibly fortnate to have heard similar words from the man himself. He certainly is inspiring! Just whatching how beautifully he preforms butterflys is a lesson all in itself. I think I am going to go practice...
